I am heading north of Sydney to Soldiers Point, Port Stephens for my first workshop of 2025. This workshop is held at the stunning mediterranean style home of Fiona Ward of Bayhues.

This event will be hosted by both Fiona Ward and JayJay of Fairlight maison .

I will be cooking & baking a Summer Mediterranean Lunch on the day whilst demonstrating some of the dishes served for our Long Table.

There will be an Art Exhibition with two incredible artists from Melbourne. These artists, Jessie Feitosa and Parita Thakkar, will have pieces on display and for sale.

Explore this glorious home and wonderful pieces of art with sipping cocktails, then come help me prepare a Summer Italian Long Lunch!
