Description
Jillie Arnott and I will be creating a wonderful Italian style lunch at Coolah Creek for a Melbourne Cup Charity Lunch on Tuesday, 5 November 2024.

Jillie has been involved in the food industry for over 25 years. It all started in Scone NSW when she was ‘the cook’ at The Belltrees Country House in the 90’s. She then began her own catering business under the name of Turanville Kitchens, which morphed into The Cooking Tree in the early 2000’s.
She has traversed NSW catering for weddings, special events and attended farmers markets with her selection of homemade, small batch, hand stirred preserves and other tasty treats. Jillie loves nothing more than preparing delicious food and sharing a table with friends and guests who are always welcome at Coolah Creek.
Coolah Creek sits at the headwaters of the Coolaburragundy River, nestled into the valley to the north east of Coolah, in the Central West of NSW. It is primarily a working sheep and cattle property, which has been in the Arnott family for over 90 years. Will and Jillie Arnott moved back to Coolah Creek with their family in 2013, to take on the running of the property.
